Legislation: The 2007 legislative session has come to an end. The A&P Tax Code was just one of the issues considered by our state legislators. House Bill 1365 ("An Act Requiring Voter Approval of Certain Tax Levies") was filed on our behalf on 1-31-07 by State Representative Johnny Key; it failed in committee because of lack of support from committee members. Maybe next time ....
